Headteacher’s Comments

Well, we are now half way through the school year.  Well done to the 34 children who have been in school every day since September.  Thank you to everyone who has been in school this week, especially to those parents who have had to come a long way to get the children into school, despite the snow and ice.  I hope you all have a lovely week.  I am off to the city of love, Paris.  You never know I may find that special someone, ooh-la-la!

Achievements

Well done to Reece Valance, Alesha Wade and Eden McCartney for super homework last week.  It was extremely neatly presented. Green cards were given to Veronica Bergamino, Taya Hunter, Tia Martin and Owen Brennan for hard work in writing booster class.  Kimberley Murray got a green card for donating some games for the games club.  Well done to Reggie Pegrum who received a Green Card for his excellent clay work.  Well done to Danny Ball, Reece Clark, Aaron Jones, Kirena Nolan, Jemma Johnson, Tylah Cox, Caitlin Stergess-Hall, Amber-Louise Giddy, Liberty Keeling and Jamel Johnson-Trent who all received Green Cards this week.

Attendance

Food Club

Food Club will be starting on Monday 27 February for year 3 children.  The children received a letter earlier in the week.  Please return the slip if your child is interested.

First Day Back

Miss Jacques

Miss Jacques, who has been working with Mrs Campbell’s class, is leaving today.  We wish her well for the rest of her training and in her future teaching career.  You will be missed.
