Achievements
Well done to Millie-Jo Lanza (Mrs Raddon’s Class), Ceylan Corakkum, Charlie Santagata, Cole McFadyen and Holly Morris (Miss Gibbs’s Class) who received Green Cards this week.
Attendance
Well done to Miss Biggs’s class who had the best attendance this week.
Free Lunch (3 May)
The school have had the same caterers for 20 years this year. As a celebration the children will be having a free lunch next Friday (3 May). It will be a picnic lunch with a meat option and a vegetarian option.
Club Español (13 May)
The dates for Spanish Club this term are Monday 13 May, 20 May, 3 June, 10 June and 17 June. Mrs May runs Spanish Club every Monday morning starting 8:15am. There is no cost for this club.
Comic Relief
Well done to everyone who participated in Comic Relief, especially Amber Brooks and Millie Eastwood who organised ‘Guess the number of sweets in a jar’. In total we raised £606. Well done everyone!
Netball
Our netball team played Alderton Junior School last Friday. The A Team lost 12-0, but the B Team won 2-0.
Well done to the girls (and boy) who played in the netball rally this week. The A-Team came 7th out of 11 teams and the B Team came 6th out of 9 teams.
Football
All the schools have played their matches now and our Football Team did us proud and came third in the league.
