Sports Day

Unfortunately the unpredictable weather meant that we had to cancel Sports Day on Tuesday and Friday this week.  The BBC is currently forecasting more unpredictable weather next week.  Therefore, we will be making a decision every morning whether Sports Day goes ahead.  We may well hold Sports Day later in the school day.

I know this is an inconvenience for many working parents, but I really want the children to be able to have a Sport Day.

Victoria Fry and Fern White received Green Cards for their poems they wrote in writing booster.  We received the following email on Monday:

Dear Mrs Campbell and Mrs Sach,

I am writing to congratulate your Year 6 pupils for the way they represented your school at Crucial Crew last week. They were all very well behaved and Scenario Providers commented on how well they had behaved and listened in the sessions. This was reflected in the almost 100% score in the question session at the end.  Once again congratulations on an excellent showing.

Kind regards

Caroline Wiggins

Well done Everyone!

Well done to Mrs Campbell’s Class who won best attendance last week.
